Join us as we celebrate Valentine's Day with 2008's Madison Magazine CHEF OF THE YEAR, Chef Derek Rowe. In addition to Chef Derek Rowe's regular menu he will be creating special entrees for this Valentine's evening.
Derek first began in the restaurant business here in Madison, and has since worked at many of the most well-known and respected restaurants in Chicago and Manhattan —Vong, Craft, and most notably, as Mario Batali’s Sous Chef at Babbo in NYC.
