Every Spring Austria and Germany celebrate the arrival of Spargel, the honored white asparagus of their countries, with an annual Spargel Festival.
Borrowing from this rich tradition, we are celebrating our own local asparagus harvest
and invite you to join us for Chef Nate Hamilton and Chef Ian Stowell's six-course menu celebrating our Annual Harvest Asparagus Dinner.
DUE TO THIS UNSEASONAL COLDER SPRING, WE WILL HAVE TO SOURCE OUR ASPARAGUS FROM FARMS OUTSIDE OF OUR USUAL BUYING CIRCLE.
