Join us for Chef Derek Rowe's six-course lobster menu with specially paired wines. Staying true to the vision that’s garnered Harvest local and national renown since the day it opened, Derek Rowe, Harvest's new Executive Chef is committed to creating an evolving menu that focuses on the seasonality and locality of the products, rather than any one specific cuisine. His approachable and hearty dishes draw on influences from France, Italy, and Spain, and are filled with big flavors.
Derek first began in the restaurant business here in Madison at L’Etoile, and has since worked at many of the most well-known and respected restaurants in Chicago and Manhattan—Vong, Craft, and most notably, as Mario Batali’s Sous Chef at Babbo.
Space for this event is limited. Tickets are available by calling 255-6075. Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable.
