Garlic Dinner

We welcome our special guest farmers Richard de Wilde and Andrea Yoder of Harmony Valley Farm in Viroqua. Richard has been feeding Wisconsinites, stocking our local grocers organic produce sections, and supplying restaurants with his farms bounty for over 30 years. Join us for Harvest Chefs Josh Franz and Evan Dexter's 5-course garlic menu created to celebrate Harmony Valley Farm and this year’s garlic harvest. Wines will be paired by L'eft Bank of Madison.
