We welcome our special guest farmer, Richard de Wilde of Harmony Valley Farm in Viroqua. Richard has been feeding Wisconsinites, stocking our local grocers organic produce sections, and supplying restaurants with his farms bounty for over 20 years. Join us for Harvest Chef Derek Rowe’s six-course garlic menu created to celebrate Harmony Valley Farm and this year’s garlic harvest.
