Prior to Prohibition, rye whiskey was the staple ingredient of classic cocktails. Nearly 100 years after Prohibition,the preferred whiskey of the saloon era has been experiencing a resurgence. Rye Bourbon whiskeys are distinctly American in the way that Islay whiskeys are distinctly Scotch in origin. This evening’s offerings all represent four unique expressions of American Bourbon Whiskeys.
