Join us for Chef Derek Rowe and special guest Chef Robert Miller of The Old Fashioned. Joining our two Chefs is our very special guest, Brewmaster Marc Buttera of O'so Brewing Company in Plover, Wisconsin.

The dream for Buttera started when he was in college, and a friend turned him on to home brewing. Four years ago, his love of home brewing led him to open the Point Brew Supply, in Plover, with his wife, Katina.

Marc carefully crafts his world-class ales using only the finest ingredients; premium malted and roasted grains, hops, yeast, and pristine water straight from our own unique aquifer, and we never heat pasteurize or sterile filter their beers. O'so Brewing Company's tradition of carefully crafting inspired, flavorful, ales of the highest caliber has earned us a local following.
